What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide 3 types of delivery or shipping system.

1. Same-Day Delivery

2. Next-Day Delivery

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

If you are in the city of Dhaka then you have two options.

1. Same-day Delivery

2. Next Delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you confirm your order then you will get a notification in your Email or Mobile.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you can’t get it then our support person will call you.

Do I Need A Account To Place an Order?

You have two options:

1. With Account (We provide Rewards and shopping points to our account-holder customers.)

2. Without an Account(If you can’t open account then our support person will help you to open a account)

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Answer=Yes, we now deliver all cities and district areas through different Courier.

Is your product Authentic or 100% original?

Yes, our main ethics is Honesty and trust that’s why we directly purchased a product from abroad by our family members and ensure that all are 100% authentic.

How can I get next-day delivery within Dhaka?

If you placed your order before 3 pm then will get next-day delivery (9 am -5 pm); if you placed your order after 3 pm then will be processed for the next working day and deliver after the next day. (Example: if you placed an order on Saturday before 3 pm then the product will deliver on Sunday. Or if place an order on Saturday after 3 pm then the product will deliver on Monday.

How long do you need for delivery outside Dhaka city?

We generally took 48-72 hours (2-3days) for outside Dhaka delivery (only all Sadar area of district)

Where can I get customer service support?

Can contact us via email at Info@famacollectionbd.com or live chat option. Customer service support is available during office hours. Our office hours are Saturday – Thursday 10 am – 6 pm.

When will you have this product in stock?

When a product is out of stock, you can request to be notified upon re-stock, by clicking the ‘Notify me’ button, which is located in absence of the ‘Add to Basket’ button. We aim to restock big brands within a few weeks, but due to overseas shipping, this can vary.

I am not happy with the product that I ordered.

If you are unhappy with the taste or quality of your product, unfortunately, this is not within our control. However, we value our customers greatly, so please contact us if you are displeased, and we will try our best to rectify the issue. In the case that a product is truly unsatisfactory, we can provide a refund once we receive your returned items in our hand and after a physical quality check.

I received the wrong product/flavor, what do I do?

If you have mistakenly received an incorrect product or flavor, please get in touch with us via info@famacollectionbd.com or live chat, to notify us of the mistake. Before getting in touch, please check your order, to confirm that a product selection mistake has not been made, as this is a regular occurrence.

Can I try a sample before purchase?

We are unable to provide free samples of products unless an order is placed.
